Abstract

A monetary system is the heart of a nation’s growth; it facilitates the financial stability and sustainability of a country’s economy. However, at this present era where every country’s economy is dominated by dollar which is a Hegemon of global finance and also Dollar directly influences different Currencies economic health, inflation rates and trade. This is because dollar holds over 80% of global trade and 56.66% reserves of central bank are held in USD. This paper aims to provide the knowledge of currency wars, the evolution of monetary system. The study shows how different currencies affect the stability of the monetary system in India where all investments are made in gold instead of digital currencies. The study focuses on the issues surrounding Indian monetary valuation as a result of war in European nations and its effect on global economy.
